Medline Industries, Inc. (Medline Industries), a medical devices company, has signed a marketing and distribution agreement with ACell, Inc. (ACell), a medical products company, for ACell's MatriStem Wound Care Matrix. Under the agreement, ACell will manufacture and Medline will market and distribute the products.
