The ExactCut 430 is a compact laser fine cutting system for processing thin and thick metals and alloys, as well as brittle materials like sapphire, PCD, and ceramics. The system is a ready-to-use solution for demanding manufacturing applications for medical devices, electronics, automotive, and horology. It also delivers high flexibility for multipurpose job shops.

Intuitive Operation

Built on a high-precision granite motion module and powered by the latest pulsed fiber laser sources (300 W / 3 kW pulse peak) the ExactCut 430 significantly reduces integration and qualification time as it ships with pre-programmed process parameters for desired applications. The system is an all-in-one turn-key-solution including dedicated processes out of one hand – ready-to-use and easy-to-operate by a sophisticated human interface with a 17″ touchscreen display which provides access to all parameters and saved data. All important functions are accessible with just a few clicks. Preset data can be saved anytime and will always be retrievable for further operations.

The ExactCut 430 comes with a powerful CAD/CAM operating software for quick setup and is easy to integrate into existing product lines. Remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, worldwide service and training programs ensure maximum system uptime and highly efficient production.
