A Focus on Quality – Quality Excellence Now Has a New Home

Take 5 years of planning, a little over a year of construction, countless tons of material, and immeasurable passion for even the minutest details – and what you have is the new CAQ AG headquarters, where quality excellence is now at home. A new head office was urgently needed, because the building we had moved into over 20 years ago had finally reached its absolute limit due to the consistent growth in CAQ AG personnel sparked by the ever-increasing demand for our products.

Three Floors and 1,830 sqm of Office Space

As previously was the case, our new head office is located in the town of Rheinböllen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The workplaces for all employees working at the Rheinböllen site are distributed over the three floors of the approx. 1,830 sqm large building. A considerably larger training room, numerous meeting rooms, and a comfortable number of parking spaces are now also available. Where can you find us from now on? Eye-Catcher in the Hunsrück

When seen from the top it suddenly all makes sense. The knowledgeable eye then recognises that the design concept that was conceived by the architectural office of Dipl.-Ing. Konrad von Danwitz resembles the CAQ AG company logo. White and black facade elements form the continuation of the optical company presentation with an aluminium/glass front in accordance with the latest technical standards.

High-Tech Inside

Network technology consisting of a combination of fibre optics, classic copper cabling, and state-of-the-art W-LAN standard ensure seamless communication even in the remotest corner. KNX-based building automation with automatic control of ventilation, cooling, heating, shading, and lighting creates a consistently good climate. Because the planning of all technical facilities was always done with the necessary focus on sustainability, heating and cooling of the building is powered by a highly efficient fuel cell heating system and heat pumps. Workplaces in accordance with the latest ergonomic and technical standards round off the feel-good atmosphere.

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

After more than thirty years of company history, we now finally have a head office that corresponds to our understanding as one of the worldwide market leaders in the field of quality management software (CAQ). We would like to express our sincere thanks to each and every one of those involved in planning and construction: This is what quality born of passion truly looks like.

The construction of the new business premises is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
