TranS1, a developer of minimally invasive spine products, has inaugurated its new training center in Raleigh, North Carolina, US.
The centerpiece of the new center is a operating room unit including a fully equipped surgical suite.
The facility also provides cadaveric capabilities to allow hands-on training for spine surgeons.
TranS1 president and CEO Ken Reali said the new facility provides a convenient location for their surgeons to gain hands-on experience with the instrumentation and anatomy involved with performing a pre-sacral AxiaLIF implant or a VEOTM Direct Lateral System procedure.
"TranS1’s superb lab replicates real world application of the company’s advanced minimally invasive technologies," Reali said.
