Ivivi Orthopedic Health, a provider of orthopedic care services, has changed its name to Amp Orthopedics.
Ivivi has selected the name to focus on the growing orthopedic field, including musculoskeletal diseases and post-operative indications.
Amp Orthopedics develops non-invasive products, which use Pulsed Radio Frequency (PRF) technology to treat post-operative pain and edema in orthopedic indications.
Amp CEO Eric Dreme said their PRF technology holds the potential to enhance treatment outcomes, accelerate surgical recovery and reduce healthcare costs.
"We believe that Amp’s technology and products can enhance the standard of care in pain management and bring major therapeutic advances to the orthopedics field," Dreme said.
