Amcom buys IMCO critical test results management solution

Amcom Software, a subsidiary of USA Mobility, has purchased IMCO Technologies' critical test results management solution.

The critical test results management suite is designed to improve caregiver productivity and patient safety by delivering patient’s critical test results to ordering physicians.

Amcom’s suite of communication workflow solutions, including smartphone messaging, helps to integrate patient’s test results with the critical test results management solution.

The management solution supports traceable, closed-loop test results information that helps clinicians to provide better care for their patients.

USA Mobility president and chief executive officer Vincent Kelly said the addition of critical test results management enables the company to provide more communication solutions in clinical settings.

"This solution addresses a clear customer and market need by improving patient safety and helping physicians do their jobs more efficiently every day," Kelly added.
