The new Illumina BeadXpress adds genotyping capabilities to Ambry Genetics’ existing line of services and the system uses GoldenGate assays on the VeraCode technology which provides researchers with accuracy, flexibility and scalability for their projects.
The BeadXpress system supports variant plexing and can process up to 96 samples per plate, reducing the cost of genotyping assays and deliver rapid turn-around times.
In addition to sequencing, Ambry Genetics currently offers diverse options for researchers interested in sequence capture / target enrichment by utilising Agilent Technologies SureSelect, RainDance Technologies and Roche Nimblegen.
