The next higher version, the SUPER RAPID™, is an amplified version of the RAPID™ with 18W output power. With >120μJ @ 100kHz and >18μJ @ 1MHz, the SUPER RAPID™ offers >3x the pulse energy and average power of the RAPID™. The cost per photon is significantly reduced. Frequency conversion options for 532 and 355nm wavelengths are already available for both the RAPID™ and the SUPER RAPID™ and 266nm is currently under development for future industrial applications in the deep UV.
