Impro is a custom manufacturer of high-precision and complex sand castings for diverse end markets, among which medical equipment is one of our strategic growth sectors. We manufacture and supply iron sand casting products to leading global OEMs for medical diagnostic equipment.
The medical sand castings are produced on our IMF automatic resin sand molding lines. We have multiple production lines for varying sizes of castings. In addition, our in-house casting machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment capabilities allow us to deliver cost-effective, high-quality parts meeting your delivery requirements.
The sand casting parts that we make include structural parts for MRI and CT machines. These products feature intricate configurations, large dimensions (with an overall length up to two meters), tight tolerances for profile and linear dimensions.
