We act as a vendor-independent advisor to end up with the best software match for the laboratory – considering technology, functionality and the financial investment. Partnering with the customer’s project team, our consultants provide services like:
• Preparation of high level workflow analysis to define the scope and context of the planned system implementation. This allows a mapping of the user requirements to the LIMS functionality based on the given laboratory workflow.
• Assessment of the user requirements and technical requirements for a LIMS. This includes the matching of the user specific needs with the standard functionality of LIMS packages to gain the maximum benefits for the laboratory while striving for a cost efficient solution.
• Preparation of an RFP with all relevant requirements, including guidelines for the quotations and complemented by specific procurement aspects. Our quality RFPs entail solid vendor quotations and reduce the specification time needed during system implementation.
• Support of supplier workshops or the systematic rating of the vendor’s quotations to form a basis of decision-making for procurement, project team and management.
