Rockland offers assay kits designed to provide the user with all of the critical components to perform an immunoassay, and sampler kits full of a variety of antibodies or buffers designed for fine-tuning your experiment or researching common pathways.
Antibodies raised against epitope tags including FLAG™, His6, cMYC, HA and V5 as well as carrier proteins GST and MBP facilitate methods of protein localization, protein topological studies and purification of recombinant proteins. Epitope tags or carrier proteins may be added at either N- or C-terminal ends of the protein-of-interest, which upon cleavage at integrated enzymatic cleavage sites yield pure recombinant protein by removal of the tag or carrier.
