Rockland provides users the technological resource and technical assistance for high quality, multi-parameter flow cytometry analyses and sorting.
Rockland’s services are capable of cell sorting (sterile, at speeds up to 30,000 cells/sec) from homogeneous or mixed cell populations based on up to 14 fluorochromes and up to four separate populations, simultaneously, including human-derived samples at BSL2+ levels.
By assisting investigators in operations of analysis instruments, and in optimizing cytometry-specific experimental design and reagent/fluorochrome selection, Rockland is seeking to allow users to create more efficient and cost-effective decisions in experimental design. Rockland also provides technical support for analyses of flow and imaging cytometry data for publication, presentation, and inclusion in grant applications; management of storage, archiving, and retrieval of cytometric data, including maintenance of resource-specific website and management of site license for low-cost analyses software.
