The steam sterilisers are available from a volume of 0.5m³. The standard net volume of the EtO sterilisers ranges from 1 to 32 pallets (other dimensions are available on request).

The sterilisers can be delivered fully equipped with the technical process units including our own STERISYS sysREG process control software in order to assure best performance in terms of productivity and flexibility.

The outstanding features of the STERISYS sterilisers are:

• The modular concept of the sterilisation chamber equipped with one or two sliding doors
• The concept of generic process units (vacuum pump system equipped with a classical water ring or dry vacuum pump, gas recirculation ventilator for better gas homogenisation during the sterilisation phase, chamber heating and/or cooling system, EtO gas evaporator and dispensing unit.)
• A secure and flexible sysREG process control software covering all functional requirements of our customers
• State-of-the-art Profibus based architecture for the complete process control including sensors and actuators
• Reliable and accurate solutions for EtO gas concentration and relative humidity measures
• The sterilisers are designed following ATEX, DIN EN 1422, EN ISO 11135, EN ISO 13485, FDA CFR 21, GAMP 4
• All components are compliant to industrial standards

Apart from standard solutions, STERISYS is also able to integrate specific customer requirements.
