• Catheter & guide wire packaging (versions: clipped, clip less, over moulded with a range of accessories and complementary components. Materials: HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PP
• Vascular access devices: Non coring huber sets: Non coring needle, high pressure injection rate, gauges range from 19-25, in various lengths, DEHP free materials, security needle option. This product can be purchased in bulk or in individual pouches fully labelled and prepared for sterilisation
• Device assembly: OEM basis, Contech Ireland can assist in technology transfers or develop manufacturing processes for the product. Bonding, crimping, adhesive assembly, snap fits, welding etc. are all available in-house
• Stent & balloon protection products (Centurion): This new product was designed this year to aid in the resolution of a number of key issues in the stent & balloon market, materials: PTFE, MDPE &HDPE, standard and customised versions are available
• Vascular accessory kits: Pouch material tyvek or PE, ETO sterilisable, the kits can contain items such as canulas, insertion tools, vein picks, balloon refolds’ and any other accessory required by the customer. The kits can be printed with logos, bar codes, expiry dates, lot numbers etc.
• Flexible packaging, (loading and sealing pouches, FFS)
