World Courier Opens Basel Office, 151st Globally

Although the distance between the new office and World Courier’s Zurich office is just one hour by car, Mr. Mohni contends that closer customer proximity will allow for faster response to client needs and additional transport options via two key European gateways. Basel is considered the logistics center of Switzerland, with the Basel/Mulhouse Airport and the intersection of some major European road and rail routes occurring here while Zurich is home to Switzerland’s largest international airport.

World Courier’s Basel office is fully equipped with +5^oC refrigerators, -20^oC and -26^oC freezers, and a +20^oC controlled ambient area and warehouse to accommodate any temperature requirements.
