Epilog Laser Current Product Line Completely Windows 7 Compatible

“One of our main goals is to ensure our equipment is extremely user-friendly,” said Mike Dean, director of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser. “It’s imperative we accommodate all users, regardless of their operating system, which now includes the anticipated Windows 7.”

Epilog customers running on Windows 7 can install the Laser Dashboard™ (Epilog’s feature-filled, user-friendly laser print driver), and be up and running in no time.

“When you’re designing a project for the laser, the print driver is your interface to the machine,” Dean explains. “We realise it’s crucial for all of our customers to be able to fully take advantage of this feature – no matter what operating system they use.”

The following list reviews outlines all Epilog systems that have drivers compatible with Windows 7:

• Zing
• Mini, Helix, EXT
• FiberMark
• Legend EX Series
• Legend Series
• TT
• Radius
• Profile
• Summit machines using firmware versions 5.1 and higher
• Express

The following Epilog systems do not have Windows 7 compatible drivers:

• Summit systems using firmware versions lower than 5.1
• Eclipse
