Injectronics offers contract engineering and manufacturing services to consumable diagnostics and medical device customers.
The acquisition will add two manufacturing locations in the Northeastern US to Phillips-Medisize.
Injectronics’ current management team will join Phillips-Medisize to monitor the operations of Clinton and Westboroug facilities.

Phillips-Medisize provides design and manufacturing services to the drug delivery and combination products, consumable diagnostics and medical device, and specialty commercial markets.
The company produces product such as disposable insulin pens, glucose meters, specialty inhalation drug delivery devices, single use surgical devices and consumable diagnostic components.
With around 3,900 employees, the firm has 17 production locations across the US, Europe, Mexico and China.
