Almost 10 years ago MSOURCE received the first Certification on Quality Management System.
In September 2009 MSOURCE successfully passed the upgrade Certification according ISO
9001:2008. This confirms our ongoing engagement to improve our quality in supplying MSOURCE
Services.
The focus of MSOURCE’s Quality Management System is the compliance to ethical and
regulatory requirements that are all relevant to maintain patient safety during clinical studies.
Our core processes are designed to meet our clients’ expectations and keep our staff on high
training, qualification and motivation level. The Certificate covers all MSOURCE Services.
