New Building with Focused Production for Medisize Tool Manufacturing

The new building brings significant advantages for customers including better and faster tool turnaround. In addition customers will benefit from a specialised measuring department that helps to ensure a “one-time-right” philosophy. Critical dimensions are measured throughout the process (electrodes, tool inserts and plastics components). The focus of the new facility centres upon the manufacture of custom made development tools (one-cavity hardened tools) and mass production tools. The development of the tooling function will improve further in terms of technology, speed and quality.

The combination of extensive in-house knowledge, quick response, high quality tool making, a state-of the art metrology department, modern cleanrooms, housing injection moulding and high volume automated assembly machines underlines Medisize’s reputation as the key performer in the field of healthcare device manufacturing.
