Dr Adriaan Hart de Ruijter, CEO and co-founder decided to leave the company. Raf Augustinus and Dr Frank van de Wijngaert will jointly take over Adriaan’s responsibilities, with Frank being the chairman of the MSOURCE board and the CEO of the company.

Raf Augustinus, CFO at MSOURCE, has led the integration effort with TÜV SÜD, the Munich
based certification and testing company over the past year. He will continue to lead the support
teams and take the responsibility in the management board for the Clinical Contract Hire
services. Raf worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Telenet, before joining MSOURCE.
Frank van de Wijngaert, previously Director Business Development, will join the management
board and will be responsible for Project Outsourcing services and Business Development. Frank
worked with Gist-Brocades, GlaxoSmithKline and Quintiles before joining MSOURCE. Dr Susanne Gerbl-Rieger will remain responsible for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Services, and will also be responsible in the board for pharmacovigilance.
