Zimmer, a developer of orthopaedic reconstructive devices, has introduced CLS Brevius Hip Stem in the US.

The Hip Stem utilizes Kinectiv Technology which aids surgeons to better match patients’ individual
needs during hip replacement.

The new CLS Brevius Hip Stem is designed based on the company’s CLS Spotorno Stem which is characterized by primary and rotational stability.

Zimmer Reconstructive president Jeff McCaulley said incorporating Kinectiv Technology to the new Brevius stem offers unparalleled intraoperative flexibility for their customers to restore their patients’ anatomies.
