GliaSite with its internal radiation or brachytherapy treatment helps physicians to treat glioblastomas and metastasized brain cancers.

GliaSite radiation system places a specified high dose of a liquid radiation source in the areas most likely to contain cancer after brain tumor removal.

The company claims by using GliaSite brain cancer treatment recurrence of tumor is greatly diminished, thus improving patient longevity and quality of life.
