Verathon has launched new reusable GlideScope advanced video laryngoscope( AVL) system.
The new laryngoscope system features a digital color monitor with DVD-clarity, an anti-fogging mechanism that resists clouding and lens secretions, and advanced resolution output for OR theater viewing.
The system’s integrated real-time recording captures the details of difficult intubations to help confirm tube placement and facilitate teaching.
The new system is offered in four sizes which facilitate the use by wide range of patients.
The company has enhanced the capability of its GlideScope AVL Reusable by adding a newly designed GVL2 for pediatric patients.
