unithink, a company that makes eClinical software and techniques for all enterprises and helps the biopharmaceutical and medical device organisations bring medical solutions to the market, has named John Cline as the new CEO.

unithink said that Cline comes to the company after successful stints at National Clinical Research and etrials, where he was a founder and CEO.

While at etrials, Cline led the company through angel and venture funding rounds that led to the successful IPO in February, 2006.

Cline has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including senior sales and marketing roles at Organon, Caremark, a division of Baxter, and MiniDoc.

Cline also served as president, CEO and director of Expidata, which was acquired by etrials in 2000.

unithink chairman Anthony DeClerck said that in looking for a CEO, they wanted someone that understood their clients and could grow our presences in the US and international markets and John is the ideal person to do just that.
