John Fife, chairman of the Board, has been named as president and CEO of UAHC, succeeding William Brooks, who will continue to serve on the Board.

Fife has been named as president of Chicago Venture Management (CVM), the general partner of Chicago Venture Partners, a private equity fund based in Chicago.

UAHC said that Fife has extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, as well as in acquisitions, capital markets, finance, marketing, international business and entrepreneurship.
