Titan Medical has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Children's Hospital Boston.
Children’s Hospital Boston will test and assess the Titan’s Amadeus Composer, as per the agreement.
Amadeus Composer is a surgical system that has external robot and flexible instruments which aid surgeons to overcome constraints of surgical procedures in small to medium spaces.
Children’s Hospital Boston will provide Titan with detailed feedback as appropriate.
Titan Medical president Reiza Rayman said this effort will validate and expand the use of their Next Generation Surgical Robotic Platform into clinical trials.
