Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science, this week will exhibit the Thermo Scientific Prelude MD HPLC, Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC, Endura MD mass spectrometer and ClinQuan MD software at The Association for Mass Spectrometry: Applications to the Clinical Laboratory Annual Conference on Clinical Mass Spectrometry, MSACL US 2016, within booth 34-35.

The event takes place at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Palm Springs, Calif.

On display during MSACL will be the Thermo Scientific Prelude MD HPLC and Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC systems, the Thermo Scientific Endura MD mass spectrometer and ClinQuan MD software.

These instruments and software are available for general in vitro diagnostic use in the U.S., giving clinical laboratories two multichannel high-performance liquid chromatographs, a mass spectrometer and LC-MS software designed and manufactured for in vitro diagnostic use in analyzing patient samples as components of laboratory-developed tests.

"We’re strongly committed to bringing the advantages of LC-MS to the clinical market," said Bradley Hart, strategic director, life sciences mass spectrometry, clinical markets for Thermo Fisher. "These products are part of a larger initiative to make mass spectrometry more useful and accessible to clinicians."
