Surgical Information Systems' SIS Anesthesia Version 5 has received certification from Drummond Group, an Authorized Testing and Certification Body of the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC-ATB).
SIS Anesthesia is an anesthesia information management system (AIMS) which assists anesthesiologists with their goals to improve care quality.
SIS Anesthesia enables anesthesia providers to record changes or updates to patient information and also maintain an active medication allergy list.
SIS Anesthesia provides patients with an electronic copy of hospital discharge instructions and provides the means for facilities to implement functionality for access control, emergency access, automatic logoff, audit logs and authentication in support of implementing systems that support protecting the privacy and security of patient data.
The EHR software is 2011/2012 compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
