The Central New York Biotechnology Research Center, which uniquely partners two State University of New York institutions with a wealth of academic expertise, will cluster biotechnology and bioprocess research to form a critical mass that can attract high technology companies and associated manufacturers.
The Central New York Biotechnology Research Center will be built on four acres of the 14-acre former Kennedy Square public housing site between East Fayette and East Water streets.
