The newly created entity, NucleusHealth, will also focus on the commercialization of new image streaming technology in a complete cloud-based solution for managing medical images under new nucleus.io brand, which is expected to be shortly launched.

NucleusHealth will provide its software as a service (SaaS) and web-scale platform as a service (PaaS) technologies to health care organizations across the globe.

The company will provide product and service offerings through licensing of its image management solutions under the nucleus.io brand.
