Spring Health Solutions and Spring Set Health Solutions, subsidiaries of D Medical Industries, have received first payment pursuant to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement signed with Twobiens.
The three year agreement includes the distribution of Spring Universal Detach Detect Infusion Sets by Twobiens under its private label.
The agreement also contains annual sales targets and minimum order quantities estimated at a total of $5m.
The Universal Infusion Sets feature hidden, auto-retractable needle, 360 degree connector, and smallest one-click, all-in-one inserter.
In the case the base of the infusion set detaches from the user’s body, by utilizing the Detach-Detect mechanism, it creates an occlusion alarm in an insulin pump which enables for continuously controlled and monitored insulin delivery, thus providing additional safety.
