SPO Medical Inc. (SPO Medical) has appointed Med Tech and Med Care Associates (MTA/MCA) as its new independent sales representative group for the US market. For SPO Medical MTA/MCA will focus on sales in the US medical professional market and development of the distribution channels for the SPO Medical PulseOx 6000finger oximeter unit, PulseOx 6100 handheld oximeter unit with interchangeable adult and pediatric sensors and the PulseOx 7500 product line for prescreening of sleep apnea.
MTA/MCA are independent sales organizations serving the healthcare industry and operate with manufacturers of medical products and devices as their field sales representatives and agents.
Michael Braunold, president and chief executive officer of SPO Medical commented: “With increasing challenges in worldwide markets, we sought to extend our reach in the US as our primary market. Through MTA/MCA, we now have an additional 40 experienced and professional sales representatives with expanded coverage throughout the US market.
