The company's network in Asia includes Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and Malaysia. SHOM plans to use these networks to expand sales into new markets.
Along with the CES Technology transaction, SHOM has partnered with KC Global Inc., a research and development company based in Nevada.
KC Global Inc. will assist SHOM with the development of healthcare related products that the companies plan to sell and distribute in the US and Asian markets.
