The acquisition enables Skanray to leverage its expertise in product performance and quality and expand its primary healthcare business.

The new entity, in future, will design and manufacture echo color doplor ultrasound, Critical care devices, total hospital solutions including telemedicine and S/W, mobile hospitals and ICU turnkey projects with comprehensive 5 ~ 10 year total cost of ownership packages.
