Siemens Healthcare has appointed two mammography application specialists, Natalie Asaro and Gemma Sayer, to support customer training on its range of digital mammography solutions.

Both will extend the applications team supporting installation and training on the Mammomat Inspiration Full Field Digital Mammography system, stereotactic biopsy module, and syngo MammoReport workstation.

Lynn Blackburn, product manager for special products at Siemens Healthcare, said: “The Mammomat Inspiration is proving to be a popular digital choice for symptomatic and asymptomatic breast examinations. When integrated with syngo MammoReport it offers a powerful solution for next generation women’s health. Natalie and Gemma extend our team of application specialists to roll out the range of innovative solutions across the UK.”

Natalie trained as a radiographer in Cape Town and undertook a postgraduate award in mammography at Kingston University/The Jarvis Centre. She has since worked in various breast screening centres across the UK.

Gemma trained as a radiographer at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and then studied for a Postgraduate Award in Mammography Practice at King’s College Hospital in London. She has more recently held a role at The London Clinic.
