Response Biomedical Corporation (Response Biomedical) has appointed Livleen Kaler as vice president (VP), finance & administration and chief financial officer (CFO). Kaler has 10 years of financial management experience in several industries. Response Biomedical develops, manufactures and markets rapid on-site diagnostic tests for use with its RAMP platform for clinical and environmental applications.
