Resonant Medical Inc. (Resonant), a Canada-based diagnostic imaging company, has appointed Stephen Whisenhunt to the position of vice president of global sales and marketing of the company. Whisenhunt will lead the company’s growing global sales team and manage partnerships with distributors. Whisenhunt brings more than 18 years of radiation oncology industry experience to the company.

Prior to joining Resonant, Whisenhunt served as vice president of international sales at Xoft, Inc., as well as vice president of computed tomography at Phillips Medical. Prior to that, Whisenhunt held the position of vice president and general manager of oncology business at Picker Medical Systems and spent four years as the director of oncology marketing for GE Medical Systems. Stephen is a member of The New York Academy of Sciences and holds degrees from LaSalle University and Frederick Taylor University.
