RecoverCare merged with Medastat USA LLC on July 31, 2009, If RecoverCare continues with its plans, the company would consolidate its corporate offices, administration, customer-service operations, call center and order-processing functions in Louisville. RecoverCare would bring 45 new jobs in the first two years to Kentucky with an annual payroll of nearly $4.4 million, its filing with KEDFA said.
