Recondo, a provider of revenue cycle solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to complete the acquisition of Trilogi.
Trilogi is a revenue cycle management and recovery firm, which has offices located in Lakeland, Florida, and Dallas, Texas.
Recondo plans to incorporate its software services with Trilogi’s workflow and processes to streamline practices of revenue recovery.
Under the acquisition, Recondo has created two approaches to revenue recovery, one based on technology and one based on business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
