Probe Manufacturing, a global electronics design, manufacturing and services company, has secured a $475,000 blanket purchase order from a medical device manufacturing client with initial delivery starting December 2010.
Probe’s electronics manufacturing services (EMS) offerings include new product introduction, collaborative design, materials management, product manufacturing, product testing and product warranty repair, and end-of-life support.
On 13 August 2008, the issuer entered into a definitive agreement for the sale and purchase of business assets of Solar Masters, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Probe.
Probe CEO Kam Mahdi said that this order is an indication that their strategy is working and that they continue to meet the demands of targeted markets.
“Our core business is producing sustainable growth and profitability, while we pursue our vision to be the eminent manufacturing foundry for start-ups and innovators in the Southern California region,” Mahdi said.
Headquartered in Irvine, California, Probe serves medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, instrumentation and automotive industries.
