Pro-Dex, a developer of technology-based solutions, has named Michael Berthelot as the new chief executive officer (CEO).

Since 2009, Berthelot served on the company’s board of directors, chairing the Governance and nominating committee and also as a member of the audit and compensation committees.

Previously, Berthelot served as CEO at a consulting firm, Cito Capital, which provides operational, financial, and strategic advice to businesses, and as managing principal of Corporate Governance Advisors which provides advice to small public companies on matters concerning corporate governance.

Berthelot worked as chairman and chief executive officer and an additional years as non-executive chairman of TransTechnology.

Pro-Dex’s technology-based solutions include powered surgical device drive and embedded motion control systems used for the dental, medical, semi-conductor and scientific research markets.
