Pritzker Group said the acquisition marks the firm’s entry into healthcare market.
Pritzker Group Los Angeles-based managing partner Tony Pritzker said that Clinical Innovations represents an exciting opportunity for The Pritzker Group.
"We are looking forward to partner with the management team and employees of Clinical Innovations as they expand on their successful track record of developing products and healthcare solutions for women and their infants," Pritzker said.
Tony Pritzker will serve as Clinical Innovations’ new chairman and Pritzker will also serve on the company’s board.
Mark King will continue to serve in his current role as CEO.
