Practice Fusion, a provider of web-based electronic health record technologies, has introduced new EHR feature called endocrinology templates.
The new templates are used by endocrinology doctors to manage thyroid and diabetes disorders.
Endocrinology templates can also be used by individual providers to match their own charting workflow and patient needs.
Washington Endocrine Clinic spokesperson Michael West said, "Our teamwork on these templates will directly help endocrinologists deliver better care — and, best of all, new users can get started for free in less than five minutes."
The company is featuring its EHR at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) annual meeting held until 26 May 2012 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US.
