Pollux Systems has extended its contract to license Zotec Partners' software for a period of five years.
Pollux provides revenue cycle management services to more than 40 hospitals and office-based practices in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
Zotec Partners said its billing technology automates reporting, denials management and claims processing, and allows to reengineer any stalled claims.
Pollux Systems CEO and owner Paul McGowan said the company’s software enables them to have a constant handle on what is happening with any claim at any key point.
Zotec products include Electronic Billing Center (EBC) practice management and billing software suite and EBC RIS software version 6.7.
