Physicians Endoscopy has owned a minority stake in the Endoscopy Center of Robinwood (ECR) in Hagerstown, Maryland, US.
The 5,900ft² four room ambulatory surgical center provides outpatient endoscopic procedures specific to gastroenterology.
ECR said the center is conveniently positioned adjacent to a five physician practice, Digestive Disorders Consultants, and a three physician practice, Gastroenterology Associates.
Physicians Endoscopy chief executive officer Barry Tanner said the Endoscopy Center at Robinwood is a well-operated facility that provides quality, patient-focused and cost-effective outpatient care.
"The physicians and staff have done a wonderful job in providing the best GI services to the community," Tanner added.
Endoscopy Center of Robinwood former medical director Rashid Hanif said, "PE has the knowledge and expertise that our center needs to run a seamless operation and take us to the next level."
