Putnam Community Medical Center (PCMC) has selected Optimal Radiology's custom radiology solution, which includes on-site physician coverage, management and teleradiology support.
Optimal Radiology is involved in providing professional radiology solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers throughout the US.
Under the collaboration, Optimal will staff and manage PCMC’s radiology department as well as provide 24/7 access to radiologists through the company’s national radiology practice.
Optimal Radiology president and CEO Jonathan Grimes said premier community hospitals like PCMC recognizes the role the company plays in strengthening the critical area of hospital operations.
"We look forward to supporting PCMC in their efforts to further elevate the level of quality and service provided to both patients and referring physicians," Grimes added.
