To provide Mini C-Arms to the VHA, UHC and Provista members of Novation

OrthoScan has entered into a single source agreement with Novation, according to which OrthoScan has become the sole supplier of Mini C-Arms to Novation.

The company claims that the agreement is effective from December 15th for three years, with two one-year extension options. Under the terms of the deal, OrthoScan will be the provider of Mini C-Arms to the VHA, UHC and Provista members of Novation.

The Mini C-Arm is used for fluoroscopic imaging of the extremities in Orthopaedic surgery and digital diagnostic imaging. The smaller and lighter weight Mini C-Arm provides better adjustment-free image quality to healthcare professionals, claims the company.

Rob Morocco, president and CEO of OrthoScan, said: “As a result of this agreement, we’re able to provide Novation customers with the HD Mini C-Arm, which offers a small and lightweight design, intuitive operation, and adjustment free imaging.

“The Novation contract confirms OrthoScan’s industry-leading technology. As a result of this agreement, we’re able to provide Novation customers with the HD Mini C-Arm, which offers a small and lightweight design, intuitive operation, and adjustment free imaging.”
