OraMetrix has incorpoarted a new orthodontic treatment system feature to its SureSmile 6.0.
The new orthodontic treatment system facilitates orthodontists to plan for the position of roots in the supporting bone using 3-D treatment planning.
SureSmile 6.0 has the capability to simulate tooth reshaping, crowns, tooth replacement, mesial and distal build up of teeth and restoration of incisal edges of teeth.for patients who need restorative treatment.
OraMetrix said the software is currently in beta testing and will be rolled out in March 2012 in Dallas.
