The company said new 55,000ft² facility forms a new base to launch its Catalys precision laser system.
Catalys precision laser system combines a femtosecond laser, integrated 3D optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging and the company’s pattern scanning technology in a system that delivers a customized procedure for cataract surgery.
OptiMedica president and chief executive officer Mark Forchette said the company’s new facility will enable to scale its operations and serve customer needs.
