Ocean Medical Imaging Center (OMIC), developed through a partnership with California-based InSight Health Services (Insight Imaging), has acquired New Jersey-based X-Ray Associates, from the Sonix Medical Resources bankruptcy proceeding in New York for approximately $1.475m.
The acquisition expands OMIC’s presence in New Jersey to two locations and increases services for local patients. By the aquisition, the center has earned the trust and confidence of physicians throughout the community who depend on OMIC to provide the diagnostic imaging needs of their patients.
